I cherished and documented many aspects of this Oregon wedding day, all while having the best time with this couple and their family. Jason & Briann’s Bend, Oregon wedding at Skyliner Lodge
Anytime I work with Megan of Curated Mess Co. is a huge highlight! I’ve mentioned her countless times in my blog posts because she always hits it out of the park. Jason and Briann booked her to completely plan their 60-person Oregon wedding at Skyliner Lodge. She truly delivered some of her best work for their event! She made this day into the lushest fairytale of a wedding, completely transforming the venue. I also got to work with one of my dear friends, Christina, one of the most talented people I know. She’s the owner of Novella Theory Floral and had the honor of providing all the florals for this Skyliner Lodge wedding! With this dream vendor team duo, they worked hard to take this blank slate venue from 0 to 100. I actually couldn’t believe it when I saw it!
Okay, now that I’ve (rightfully) bragged about Megan and Christina, it’s time to switch gears a bit. Jason and Briann are both from Hawai’i and recently moved to the place I call home, Oregon. They wanted an intimate yet family-filled wedding day, which meant all their friends and family had a reason to visit the PNW! Everyone made a fun vacation out of it and made it a point to visit B & J’s new home in Oregon. The couple wanted a beautiful, woodsy venue to showcase Oregon in all of its glory, and that’s what they got.
Another considerable detail of their Bend wedding was Briann and Jason’s children. They contributed to most of this day’s energy, which made it so much fun! They cried, laughed, and treasured the union of their parents just as much as the newlyweds did. B & J were able to be in the moment, present with their kids and the rest of their family the entire day, making it extra special. They got to relax and enjoy every beautiful moment, which is the epitome of a luxury event.
